We believe in performance-based compensation. Base
salaries are competitive and individualized. Every Manager and Chef receives a
regular performance and salary review.
We are committed to the on-going development of our staffs. Through our training
department, we offer regular classes for both Managers and Chefs to facilitate
their growth in functional knowledge and their personal skills profile.
We offer a quarterly bonus plan to all Managers and Chefs, which is based on
restaurant and Company performance goals.
We offer a comprehensive benefit package, which includes medical and dental
insurance, voluntary long-term disability, supplemental dental, vision and life
insurance and a parking reimbursement up to $125.00 monthly at paid parking
locations.
All management and culinary personnel receive a 50% dining discount, at all
times, in any of our CRC concepts.
We offer vacation which accrues on January 1 of each year: two weeks for the
first three years of employment; three weeks per year after three years; four
weeks after five years.
